1. Before processing, cut out detail linen check products, identifying compliance with the control patterns. On templates put the upper and lower parts, taken out of the pack. Paired check details, map one item to another. Variations in the cuts between the part and the mold should not exceed the permissible deviations listed on the patterns. When checking the details with extensions details customize exactly according to the patterns and cut into the tape machine.

2. The details of the cut outline with a punch the location of the uncut tucks, loops, pleats and patch pockets. Patch pockets, yoke, straps, collars and other details to customize the pattern of the fabric on each part separately, impaling the details on the needle, mounted on a special Board.

3. The numbers on the details of the products simple stamped or colored pencil from the inside of each part so that they were visible during processing.

4. Needle, thread, frequency, stitches, machine stitches set depending on the type of fabric according to GOST 12807 - 67 "sewing". The maximum frequency of stitches are used for decorative stitches on the front side details, minimal internal seams. The ends of the machine lines fix double reverse stitch length 0.5 cm 

5. Wet-heat treatment is carried out with the moisture from the front side parts and finished products on presses or irons. 

Modes wet-heat treatment are given in table. 10.

6. In the processing of individual parts and components of products (collars, fasteners) use pads with double-sided glue strip impregnated with a special solution to give the tissue hardness. 

Strip with double-sided adhesive connects with the main parts of the product by pressing under the following modes of the wet-heat treatment (tab. 11).
