One of the main criteria of assessment of activity of the enterprise is to determine the technical level of products by analyzing the quality of products based on the latest achievements of science and technology. To improve the technical level of the products introduced three categories of government and industry quality certifications: highest, first and second. 

In the garment factories of garments evaluated by a 40-point system on the following parameters: modeling, design, fabric and materials manufacture technology.

In assessing the quality of simulation draws attention to the conformity of the model with the direction of fashion period, art product design, i.e. selection of main, lining, and applied materials. 

In assessing the quality of design is of the correct planting articles in the figure (dummy) and the modernity of its design. 

In the evaluation of fabrics and materials are inspected by the modernity of the structure of tissues, their compliance with technical and consumer requirements, clothing.

When evaluating the manufacturing quality checks the processing device in accordance with the technical documentation (GOST, TU, etc.), but also draws particular attention to the quality of the wet-heat treatment. For products submitted to the evaluation indicators, a map of the technical level of the model, which contains the main indicators of quality assessment indicating the number of points. The highest quality match of the product with the estimated 37 - 40 points, first category - 32 - 36 points, the second category - 31 points and below.

Certification of garments is carried out by the state examination commissions, the composition of which are approved by the Ministry of light industry. Products submitted for state certification, awarded the quality Mark if they meet the best domestic and foreign samples of clothing, economical and in great demand among the population and stable in production; based on the strict observance of technological discipline and high production culture.

Certified products are produced in a sewing factory for a special guest. To refer to certified products in the marking of products instead of specifying the grade grade is given state quality mark and GOST approved for certified products.
