The top tuck can be translated in different directions for the bodice. For this it is necessary to identify the point through which will be transferred tuck, and connect this point by a straight line with the center of the tuck. The pattern is cut along these lines and expand so that the old Darts were combined, and stab them with pins. 
Below we consider some examples of translation of the upper Darts in different directions on the bodice.
 

 Translation of upper tuck in the side slice (Fig. 195, a). The line side of the slice is divided, from the point of dividing up delay 1 - 3 cm. the resulting point connects a straight line with the upper end of the tuck. The pattern on this line is cut, the top dart closed. End new tuck is moved to the side of the cut 2 - 3 cm Tuck can also be used in the side cut at the waist line. If the style of dress tuck below the waist line, then find the point on the line side of the slice and connect it with the end of the upper tuck.
