Modern tailor should know the direction of fashion, a differentiated approach to the choice of models for customers of various ages, completeness and posture; be able to "read" fashion magazines, analyze the model and determine what constructive means to transfer the silhouette, the shape, the cut of the fabric; to know some data on the morphology and anthropometry as applied to the manufacture of clothing; to understand the entire set of dimensional characteristics and to skillfully apply the knowledge in practice.
