1. Just take the pattern any pants.
 

This time we cut 4 pieces for these pants, 2 for front and 2 for back, so no need to cut the fabric along the fold. Simply place the pattern on four layers of fabric and cut. However, because we are going to sew a piece of another fabric at the bottom, in favor of a fabric 5 cm or so. In the above figure, the pattern is turned on its head, so if you look closely, the bottom 5 - 7 cm is the template from the fabric (figure upside down).

Here's the pattern drawn and cut 5 inches shorter than you need.

Now, using a large bowl or any circular object, cut an arc at the bottom of the pants.

Now place the cutout under four layers of other tissue. Make sure that the two layers are placed outside and two layers are placed wrong side up.

Place your template on the fabric and align the fabric correctly 1 and 2 also follow the curve of the fabric 1 to fabric 2.

7. Now sew all the parts of the pants.
