Materials:

8. Cut a piece of 12 cm x waist circumference with an allowance. Sew along the short ends (right sides together).

14. Sew both ends of elastic on the sides on the sewing machine zigzag stitch. Walk a few times for strength.

Finish the hem:
 

15. At the bottom you have 5 cm, that you sewed in step 7. Fold the fabric slightly at the sides and sew.
 

16. Now fold the hem of 0.6 cm and sew. Now fold it again until the end and stitch.
