A WARM BLANKET
 

A warm blanket (Fig. 158) recommended stitching of colored satin or silk in bright colors. For greater strength bottom sheet blankets made from dense fabric.

DUVET covers

Sewing duvet covers

Sewing duvet covers, presents no particular difficulties. Special attention should be paid to correct connection of the seams of the corners. Duvet cover snap button closure, wash and iron easier, however, with a smaller duvet cover protects the Comforter from dirt.
Sewing duvet cover of the "envelope" also presents no special difficulties, but it is more difficult to wash and iron. A duvet cover is often intended to blanket an infant.
When sewing a duvet cover, as shown in Fig. 162, it is necessary to pay special attention to the location of the loops in line with buttons on the blanket.
On the top cuff of the duvet cover can make a simple embroidery or monogram.

PILLOWCASES
 

Pillow can sew in a simple rectangle or with the strap for the zipper (Fig. 166).
Suitable for pillow covers the same fabric as the sheets. Preferred fabric white.
The drawing pillowcases need to draw a rectangle. The length of a rectangle is twice the width of the pillow plus seam and the width of the strips (about 7 cm). The width of the rectangle equal to the length of the pillow plus seam.
Sewing pillow cases begin with handle strap. With this purpose zastrugivajut the seam width of 2.5 cm, by bending the edge on the front side. Then sew the side sections of the pillow cases.
