Here a mini tutorial how to sew a simple and comfortable dress. It will be a staple for warm weather. My monkey loves it very much and will wear it every day if I let her.

Pattern: 
 

Download mini knit dress 3 years size here. Print on 8x11.5 inches of paper.
 

Print out 2 copies of each page and pages 1 and 2 together.

Seam allowance: 1 cm, unless otherwise specified

Material: one t-shirt XL or larger size. (male/female)

Tailoring:
 

Fold the fabric in half and cut in front and back of the dress is top notch. Now remove one of the pieces and cut the front part of the neckline below the neckline on the pattern. When cutting take care to a) cut so that the bottom of the dress matches hem tank tops or t-shirts you use. B) to keep both layers exactly, if they have stripes or any other symmetrical pattern.
 

Sew along the shoulders and sides (front sides together).
 

Make edging neck and armhole with a lesson in handling the cut.
 

Now you have it! A simple Jersey dress. Your daughter will live in it this summer.
