• Fabric 2 - 15 cm x 1 m

Take the strip out is 7.5 cm from a fabric of 1.
 

Overlarge one long edge of the strip. Make the Assembly. For this dress I used this method of making ruffles. Set the stitch length to maximum and set the machine speed to the maximum. Then I sewed a seam along the long edge of the strip. As soon as I finished sewing the seam, I lined the folds manually.
 

Sew the ruffle to the shirt this strip.
 

Now sew together the short ends of the strips.
 

Of the second fabric cut two strips 7.5 cm x 1m and sew them short ends together to obtain circular bands. Overlarge raw edges.
