At the Moscow production Association "Vympel" is used periplocoideae table, which is a mechanical device to move five caps - planes of the table. It takes the place of the two machine tables, each square horizontally arranged three planes (one is always free).

For laying out wool fabric she used mobile spreading machine (Fig. 151), which is a 1 truck moved by a motor along the rails on the cutting machine table. It has a conveyor belt 2, on which is placed a roll of tissue 3. The movement of the conveyor belt is synchronized with the movement of the carriage, allowing you to lay fabric on a table without tension.

The carriage can be rotated 180' around its axis, thus achieving the desired position of blades in the deck - "face down" or "face". For cutting tissue in any place of the flooring has a knife 4 is driven manually. Knife guides mounted on the carriage. 

Wadding machine of the type of the suspension of the carriage is applied at the Leningrad Association "salute" (Fig. 152).

The use of devices for carrying tissue facilitates the work on laying of cloths in the flooring, however, are not yet fit to align the edges, mechanical scraps of fabric, a counter for counting the number of paintings.

The Smolensk Association "Voskhod" project Central project and design Bureau of light industry (CPKMB) introduced mechanized Shuttle-targeted method of laying out three-and six-membered complex universal brigade (KUB). The method consists in complex mechanization of the entire process of cutting production and universal teams of workers of different specialties, all connected by a single rhythm in the work.

The equipment complex mechanization includes: 

GPT-61 - a truck roll (drive);

MRD-1 - monorail for supplying rolls of fabric; 

НЦ1Л-55A - two - and three-tiered storage; 

NSHP-61 - unwinding device to accept installation of the roll on the rolling pin, facilitate unwinding when nastilanie and the rolling roll to a storage device 

tshp-63 - self-propelled trolley for addressing rolls of fabric to the wadding tables; 

TSP-60 - truck for collecting cut; 

MRD-2 - a monorail for delivery cut; 

КШ0-0,25 - stacker crane in the storage area of the cut, where installed in fixed tiered rotary racks.

Shuttle-targeted method of laying out with the use of complex mechanization provides rhythm in all parts of the knife production is efficient and widely used in industry (Fig. 155). 

Currently TSNIISHP developed a new machine: textile inspection-cutting and spreading machine, currently undergoing testing and industrial testing.

Winding-cutting machine previously (before laying out) cut a piece of fabric paintings (segments) in accordance with the card. The machine is installed in the preparatory Department, thus, the fabric for flooring is supplied in the cutting Department the pieces, not rolls. 

Spreading machine is designed for laying out pre-cut and assembled of fabric. Nastilanie occurs with a mobile carriage, put the cloth without tension. 

This method accelerates and improves the process of laying out and turnover of tables, but increases the complexity of the preparation workshop.
