Handle the BOTTOM DRESSES

IN women's dresses NCDs are treated in different ways depending on the type of fabrics. Dress inside out, fold, bending in the middle front and back, combine tucks and folds, seam piecing together the skirt with the bodice and obmeleet mold line trimming and filing the bottom. 

Dresses of cotton, staple and linen fabrics cut edge of the bottom bends of 0.7 - 1.0 cm, compatible with the intended line of filing and sanding zastrugivajut on the car.

In dresses of wool and silk fabrics, the bottom bends of 0.7 - 1.0 cm, combined with the planned line and sutured to the blindstitch machine. 

In dresses of thick wool fabric hem, overcast, combined with the planned line and sutured to the blindstitch machine. 

FINAL FINISHING AND WET-HEAT PROCESSING DRESSES

The final finish of dresses are set on the front side in the curve loop and overcast them on a special machine (if not made previously in other ways). The finished product is released from the front side and the reverse side from the ends of the thread, stamps, lines of temporary connection details etc. the Remaining traces of chalk, pencil, stain and remove chemicals.

Final wet-heat treatment is performed on the dresses of the steam-air dummies. Dress put on a mannequin, seams and folds secured with special clips. First served steam for steaming the dresses, then the steam supply is stopped and supply hot air. Dress dried for 40 to 60 s. the Dress is removed from the mannequin, put on the hanger and transferred to Ironing for adhesive collar, bottom of sleeves, creases, bottom of dress, shoulder seams, belt and removing the clamp marks.

The use of steam-air dummies increases the quality of Ironing the dresses and greatly increases productivity. 

If you do not have the steam-air dummies, wet-heat processing to produce iron from the inside of the dress. First, iron the sleeves on a special pad, then all product is on a special Board in the last turn priorivet collar and trim. After Ironing the product put on coat-hangers and hung to dry.

The location of the button plan in accordance with the hinges or mold. Buttons to fasten sew with the stand (on the leg) with a height of 0.2 - 0.4 cm; buttons for decoration and button eyelet sew tightly (without legs).
