Planning jobs in the flow

Every 7 - 10 jobs, set backup jobs, the number of which is 5 - 10% of the number machine.

When planning the flow it is necessary to efficiently use an area and take into account the established norm per worker.

Jobs for processing of insulation pads, shoulder pads, etc., stand outside the flow to avoid unwanted contamination of products.

Model projects for new garment factories recommend the width of the shops, is 18, 24 and 36 m.

In the shop with a width of 18 m with two rows of columns and a column grid 6X6 m can accommodate three two-row two-line conveyor Assembly without passage between the conveyor belts.

the location of the groups for uniformity of operations;

the chain arrangement on the principle of a straight line;

the combined arrangement according to the principle of cooperation of production lines included in the one stream.

Desktops towards the centerline of the stream or minuscolo recommended to place according to the following options:

perpendicular to the conveyor belt or minuscolo;

parallel to centerline of stream (minuscolo); parts, components and products are transmitted from left to right;

diagonally at an angle of 45° to the centerline of the stream.
