The sequence of processing goods in mass production

The processing sequence, or the order of execution of technological operations in processing parts and components of products depends on the kind and design of garments, methods of treatment, the degree of mechanization and forms of organization of production. 

In the manufacture of men's outerwear with set-in sleeves is most often used in the following sequence of processing: 
1) initial processing of the shelves, 
2) the production side of the strip, 
3) connection of the side strip with shelves, 
4) treatment of the back, 
5) connection of the back with shelves of products, 
6) obmenka and trimming sides and bottom of the product,
7) treatment of the sides and bottom of the product, 
8) treatment lining and connecting it with the top of the products 
9) the treatment of the lower collar and connecting it with the neck, 
10) connection of the collar with the product, 
11) treatment of the sleeves and connect them with arm openings 
12) final pressing and finishing of the product. 

In the manufacture of clothing with Raglan sleeves specified order of processing of multiple changes in connection with the design of the product: first handle sleeve and connecting them to the arm openings, and then treated with the lower collar and connect it with the neck.

The processing sequence of menswear more stable than women's, which often changed and updated different touches and finishes. 

The processing sequence can be large operations or components. For example, "handle side Welt pockets with flaps", "handle side spacer", etc.

When making clothes in mass production with a high degree of mechanization and modern forms of organization of production processing sequence is composed by technologically indivisible (technological) operations. Such operations include single, well-finished work, a further division of which is impossible or impractical. For example, "oblachat Board", "wtaching sleeve in the armhole" and others are considered as indivisible, as they must be performed by one worker, to provide high-quality processing of the product.

To set the same for each part of different products and the sequence of processing is not possible, as these details (sleeves, sides, collars, etc.) can be of different types, which requires a certain sequence of processing. 

In the preparation of the processing sequence of the products of technological design using standardized technology choose the most perfect ways of technological operations providing increase of productivity and improvement of quality of treatment. 

The main features of the products of technological design are:

a) reduced the fabric consumption for the product due to a more accurate design methods, exclusion of certain seams in clothing and reduce the allowances of the fabric on the refinement of the components during processing; 

b) the ability to maximize the use of machine methods of processing; 

C) the reduced time in-process wet-heat treatment and Assembly of parts of products without abelovich works; 

g) the possibility of reducing the complexity of the product by the replacement of the complex of technological operations less complex; the exception process does not affect the appearance of the product.

Unified technology provides a uniform means of processing similar parts in various products with maximum use of hardware, glue and a new cushioning materials (filca, nonwoven fabric, polyurethane foam, etc.).

The processing sequence of the product is made in the form of a table (table. 12).

Gr. 1 - the number of the operation record Arabic numeral. 

Gr. 2 - the content operations recorded briefly without specifying the technical conditions for its implementation. 

Gr. 3 - specialty determined by the type of equipment and in the table represent: machine work - M; Ironing; work on a special machine With a/M; manual work (without using needles) - R; the work of manual application of the needle - R/; press work and PR. 

Gr. 4 - discharge is determined by the tariff-qualification Handbook.

Gr. 5 - the operational time determined by the timing data, the calculation method or according to the standards of the time spent on processing products of this type. 

Gr. 6 - additional time for every indivisible operation in % to the operational determined by the formula R = K1 + K2, where p is the additional time, %; K1 - preparatory-closing works and maintenance of the workplace; K2 - the time for rest and personal needs of the worker. 

 Example. To define additional time when working on a conveyor belt using machine 22-A CL. PMZ for the next technological operation.

1. Sew the front seams of sleeves coat. 
K1 = 6,05%; 
K2 = 5,30% 
if the utilization machine speeds up to 0.6; 
P = K1 + K2 = 6,05 + 5,30 = 11,35%.

2. Sew the side seams of the coat 
K1 = of 7.51%; 
K2 = 5,38% 
in the utilization ratio of machine speed more than 0.6; 
R = K1 + K2 = of 7.51 + 5,38 = 12,89%. 

Gr. 7 - the time is determined by the formula HBP = texp x (1 + R/100), where HBP is the normal time; texp - operative time to perform the operation; R - extra-time, %.

Gr. 8 - here specify the class of the car, the weight of iron, the name of the press and special pillows, the shear number, used device etc.

At the end of the table. 12 count standard time (gr. 7) processing of products (h). 

Table. 13 are similar to table. 12 at the same time on all styles processed by the processing stream.

At the end of the table. 13 calculate: 
1) the normal processing time of one product of each style; 
2) the time for processing goods to be processed styles; 
3) average time for processing a single product (h). 

In clothing, there are parts and components (side gasket, sleeves, back and lining products, lower collar, etc.), processing of which should be removed from the General flow and executed separately and then processed parts and components as necessary to include in the stream.

In menswear it is recommended that the lining process and commingle with the product simultaneously with the manufacture of the main parts of the product. Insulation gasket handle and connect with the product to connect to it lining. 

The change of the processing sequence of women's outerwear due to the fact that the lining in these products are made from light fabrics, so for protection from contamination it is treated separately, and then connect with the product after all processing top.

As an example, the sequence of processing backless women's winter coat technological design (tab. 14).
