I saw this cute little shirt the other day in the store. I think I can do this. It turned out, in the end is a little different, but here's my attempt.
 

1) I bought 2 t-shirts. One for socks and one for extra fabric. I think these ornaments look better t-shirt tone on tone.
 

2) I cut, hem the sleeves and the collar, to give them a more raw look.
 

3) I cut a few strips of spare t-shirts.
 

4) I sewed them on a t-shirt. You don't see the seam? Yeah, baby.
 

I began from the bottom line and sewed up a t-shirt.
 

Now it's time to add a bow.
 

5) I sewed the bow with two hanging ends.
 

TA-dam!
